While BetterBax are designed to last longer than other earring backs on the market, all earring backs eventually wear out when their springs can no longer provide adequate grip on earring posts. When BetterBax springs fall below 35% of their original tension, the product has reached the end of its lifecycle.

BetterBax titanium finish is guaranteed to outlast the product itself, so you never have to worry about the finish wearing off. If the finish wears off due to normal use during the operational lifetime of the product, we will replace your earring backs at no cost. To activate the Lifetime Warranty, submit the information requested below within 30 days from the time you purchased your product.
